2. Fund Finance & Financial Control

• Lead fund accounting, NAV reporting, capital calls, distributions, and management fee accounting.

• Oversee budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, and taxation across the management company and investment vehicles.

• Ensure timely statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting.

3. Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Develop institutional-quality reporting for Limited Partners, including quarterly performance reports, portfolio updates, and ESG reporting.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with domestic and international institutional investors.

4. Portfolio Finance Oversight

• Partner with the investment team on portfolio valuation, financial performance monitoring, and exit planning.

• Review financial governance across portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives.

• Monitor overall fund performance and portfolio economics.

5. Governance, Compliance & Strategic Partnership

• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, taxation requirements, and all statutory obligations.

• Lead external audits and coordinate with advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, contributing to firm strategy, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives.
