Head of Marketing
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
business goals.
● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
● Drive product positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
2. Brand Building & Corporate Communication:
● Strengthen the company’s brand presence and ensure consistent messaging.
● Develop engaging content, press releases, and media kits.
● Manage internal and external communications.
3. Product Promotion & Go-to-Market Initiatives:
● Lead the promotion of internal products and services.
● Collaborate with sales and product teams for product launches.
● Create product-focused marketing materials, presentations, and demos.

Desired Profile:

● Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
● Experience: 7-14 years of marketing and communications experience.
● Preferred Industry Background: Agriculture / Agri-Tech / Agri-Business
● Skills & Competencies:
○ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
○ Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, and
communications.
○ Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a
