Job Description:
● Responsible for structuring of Debt Capital markets transactions for the target
customer group belonging to the approved client set.
● Responsible for developing and managing a team of managers in DCM
● Assist the SVP/VP/AVP in handling the complex financial
arrangements/transactions and markets pricing decisions.
● Work closely with the Sector teams and Investors to develop proactive
solutions in client delivery.
● Ensure to obtain good quality deals and detailed documentation is done.
● Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the team
● Execute and Close small to medium transactions
● Typically manages team of 3 - 5 managers in DCM
● Supports in the handling of financial arrangements of moderate complexity

Key Requirements:
● Education: CA/MBA ( Core Finance & Marketing) from reputed B-schools
● Approx 4 years + of relevant Work Experience
● Knowledge of core finance and should have expertise in financial modeling.
● Understanding of Debt market dynamics especially in regard to Asset
monetization, understanding of risks associated with DCM activity, valuations
and financial statement analysis.
● Analysis of different sectors, preparation of pitch presentations, negotiations
and sourcing of mandates.
● Relationships with promoters/CFOs with Mid Corporate/Large Corporate
Clients, Business development and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations
● Knowledge and experience in all debt market products – Bonds/NCDs, Credit
enhanced bonds, Structured Finance, Foreign Currency Bonds
● Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, ethical conduct,
● Effective communication and client relationship management.
● Equipped to interact at CFO level and above.
