Assistant Vice President- Investments

Location Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and acquire new small/mid/large corporate clients in
different lending segments within policy guidelines.
● Gather necessary documentation from customers and conduct
thorough financial analysis to assess credit risk and determine
loan terms.
● Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and manage the
disbursement process.
● Have understanding and to handle risk, compliance part of
business.
● Liaising with clients / advocate / valuers etc. for processing and
execution.

● Develop networks and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the
wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the
sector.
● Overall contribution in building / maintaining the loan book.

Qualifications and Experience:
● Over 10+ years of professional experience in Banks/NBFCs/Rating
Agencies with expertise in origination and/or syndication.
● MBA , Chartered Accountancy.
● Creative thinker, rigorous analyst, detail-oriented, self-starter,
capable of multitasking, and regular engagement in professional
development.
● Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach
towards solving complex analytical problems.
