Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned markets. 2. Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors/ Sales Officers to deliver business objectives. 3. Build and strengthen relationships with key modern trade partners, category teams, and distributors. 4. Drive listing, visibility, and activation in modern trade channels. 5. Ensure strong sales execution and market hygiene. 6. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions to identify opportunities and threats. 7. Ensure compliance with sales processes, reporting, and data management systems. 8. Recruit, train, and motivate field sales teams to ensure capability and performance.
