About the role:
The bank is looking for an Offsite Auditor to independently conduct remote audits,
ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies. The ideal candidate should
have 2-5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in banking, with a strong
understanding of risk assessment and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct offsite audits of branches and operational units, analyzing financial
and transactional data.
2. Assess compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk control
frameworks.
3. Identify process gaps, risks, and irregularities, recommending corrective
actions.
4. Review and verify documentation related to transactions, lending, and
regulatory reporting.
5. Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings and risk mitigation
measures.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of audit
observations.

Core Competencies:
• 4-5 years of total experience, with 2-5 years of relevant offsite/internal
audit experience, preferably in banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk assessment, and regulatory
compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications like CA, CIA, or CISA will be an advantage.
