Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our SME
(Small and Medium Enterprises) Lending Business product
management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the
development, enhancement, and performance of SME lending business
products while aligning with business objectives. The candidate should
demonstrate a strong ability to innovate, manage teams, and achieve
measurable outcomes in the SME space.

Key Responsibilities:
● Product Strategy and Development:
○ Develop and execute the SME product roadmap to meet
business goals and market demands.
○ Design innovative SME products, including working capital,
term loans, and trade finance solutions.

● Portfolio Management:
○ Monitor the performance of SME products and implement
strategies for growth and profitability.
○ Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness
in pricing, features, and services.

● Stakeholder Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the SME Business team, credit, risk,
compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless
product delivery.
○ Engage with sales and distribution channels to drive product
penetration and utilization.

● Regulatory Compliance:
○ Ensure all SME products comply with regulatory
requirements and internal risk frameworks.
○ Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for periodic
reviews and updates.
● Customer-Centric Innovation:
○ Identify customer needs and gaps in the market to introduce
tailored solutions.
○ Enhance customer experience through digital transformation
and process improvement.
○ Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts
to achieve departmental goals.
○ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
learning.

Qualifications and Experience:
● MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in finance, business, or
related fields.
● 7 to 12 years of experience in SME banking
● Proven expertise in product development, lifecycle management,
and portfolio analysis.
● Strong understanding of credit policies, risk management, and
regulatory guidelines in the SME domain.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
