Role & Responsibilities:

● Financial Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
● Financial Management : Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Cost Leadership and Optimization : Spearhead cost leadership and optimization efforts across the business to maximize asset utilization and drive business improvement initiatives.
● Financial Reporting and Presentation : Own financial responsibilities, including financial reporting and budgetary management, and present to the Management, Shareholders Committees, and the Board of Directors.
● Cash Flow Management : Ensure prudent management of the company's cash flows and financial risk exposures in line with Board-approved directives and strategies.
● Monitoring Financial Practices : Monitor and review finance and treasury policies, procedures, and practices in line with accounting standards, legal requirements, and good industry practice.
● Risk Management : Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
● Team Leadership and Development : Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

● Minimum 10 Years of experience
● Education: CA
● Must be from a NBFC
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Problem solving and decision-making skills.
● Proven experience in finance leadership roles
● Experience managing financial risks and compliance.
● Strategic Financial Planning Skills
● Must have good Investor Relations
