About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Vice President - IT Audit to
lead and oversee audits related to IT infrastructure and network security. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for evaluating IT risks, controls, and compliance with
industry regulations, ensuring robust IT governance and security frameworks.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage IT audits focusing on network security, IT infrastructure,
and related risk assessments.
2. Develop and execute audit plans to assess the effectiveness of IT controls,
cybersecurity measures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and inefficiencies in IT systems and
recommend corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure the
implementation of audit findings and improvements.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory
requirements impacting IT governance.
6. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on
IT risk mitigation and infrastructure resilience.
7. Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and
recommended actions.

8. Drive continuous improvement in IT audit methodologies and risk
management frameworks.

Core Competencies & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in IT auditing, with a strong focus on network
security and IT infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and
regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and
emerging IT risks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in financial services or banking sector IT audits.
• Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security
frameworks.
• Expertise in cloud security, data protection, and compliance standards.
