Vice President- Syndication & Advisory

Department: NBFC
Responsibilities:
1. Would be responsible for generating Fee Income for the firm through
origination and execution of transactions across standard asset classes, high
yield deals, special situation deals, venture debt, equity etc.
2. Ideating with Promoters/CFO/CXO for structuring and identifying
opportunities for financing/ restructuring / settlement/ advisory mandates.
3. Developing pitches with financing solutions and structuring acceptable
solutions.
4. Preparation of IM & analytical material for external investors – cash flow
models, information docket, etc.
5. Working with external agencies and prospective investors for placements.
6. Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and
funding.
7. Working independently and developing the practice eventually leading to
hiring of a team and heading the vertical in the future.

Core Competencies & Qualifications:
1. Over 12+ years of professional experience in Banks/NBFCs/Rating Agencies
with expertise in origination and/or syndication.
2. MBA, Chartered Accountancy
3. Creative thinker, rigorous analyst, detail-oriented, self-starter, capable of
multitasking, and regular engagement in professional development.
4. Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards
solving complex analytical problems.
