Engineering Director
Location: Noida

Job Role & Responsibilities:

● Oversee the entire engineering function, including design, architecture,
development, and implementation.
● Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of 20+ engineers across
multiple products.
● Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest
improvements.
● Design strategies for future development projects by collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with the company’s goals
and resources.
● Hire engineers and coordinate their training.
● Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence
to best practices.
● Manage front-end and back-end teams, with a focus on ensuring cohesive
product development.
● Use Agile methodology to drive project delivery, ensuring timelines are met
and continuous improvement is achieved.

Key skills and Experience:

● Min 10 years years of relevant experience.
● Must be a B.Tech from IIT or BITS Pilani
● Create,grow and lead the tech teams and products from the ground up.
● Experience in the agri-tech industry is a plus.
● Well-versed in current Digital technological trends & have pertinent experience
in Product Development Lifecycle.
● Strong ability to come up with solutions to different technical problems.
● Must be familiar with advanced principles of object-oriented analysis, design
and programming.
● Sound knowledge of relational databases, including schema design and
advanced queries.
● Must be hands-on with writing code and highly capable to help the team with
any technical problem.
