About the role:

As the Head of HR, you will drive talent strategies, foster an inclusive culture, and
align HR initiatives with business growth. Leveraging data and industry expertise,
you will optimize people programs, enhance leadership development, and navigate

workforce challenges while mentoring senior HR professionals to sustain a high-
performance organization.

Responsibilities:

● HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned
with business objectives to support growth and scalability.
● Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee workforce planning, hiring,
leadership development, and succession planning.
● HR Policies & Compliance: Standardize HR policies, ensure legal
compliance, and uphold governance frameworks across multiple regions.
● Compensation & Performance Management: Design competitive
compensation structures and implement performance evaluation
frameworks.
● Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster an inclusive, high-performance
work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
● HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights and HR tech
solutions to optimize workforce management.

● International Expansion Support: Lead HR integration for overseas
operations, ensuring smooth workforce transitions and cultural alignment.
● Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with leadership, manage
recruitment partners, and oversee HR-related service providers.

Core Competencies:

● 10-16 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership roles in dynamic,
high-growth organizations.
● Proven track record in structuring and optimizing HR functions across
multiple entities and geographies.
● Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and best
practices in different regulatory environments.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
● Experience in supporting international expansion efforts and managing
multi-location teams is preferred.
